Each plate of Chef Anthony's modern Macanese cuisine is a work of art, a masterpiece of flavor and presentation. For more than two decades, he worked in many fine restaurants in London and cooked for such august personages as presidents and heads of state from all over the world. In 2017, he opened his restaurant ROOT. There, he creates beautiful, innovative dishes that incorporate his passion for nature, the tastes and techniques of his homeland, and special ingredients he encountered around the world.
