Mixologist Maroš Dzurus is the head bartender at HIMKOK in Oslo. With 12 years of experience in the industry, Maroš provides his guests with expert hospitality and a clear understanding of the bar's complex cocktails. Up to 80% of the spirits served at HIMKOK are made in-house, distilled with seasonal ingredients from the bar's own greenhouse and pickled and fermented goods. HIMKOK ranked No. 19 on the World's 50 Best Bars 2018, and also won the Ketel One Sustainable Bar Award.
