A strong believer in sourcing fresh, local and seasonal, he established his own Farm, in the Cartmel Valley in 2009, from which he provisions all of his restaurants. Chef Simon's forward-thinking and imaginative menus have consistently won accolades from gastronomes everywhere. L'Enclume has received two Michelin stars for seven consecutive years. The other restaurants he founded, Roganic in London and Rogan and Co. in Cartmel, have both received one Michelin star.
