Founder & Chef of La Maison de la Nature Goh in Fukuoka
Chef Fukuyama has spent his whole life on the northern shore of Japan's Kyushu Island in Fukuoka, developing his exceptional philosophy of French-Japanese cuisine. In 2002, he founded La Maison de la Nature Goh, which sources as many ingredients as possible locally from the region's many gourmet offerings, including Wagyu beef, seafood, and Kyushu vegetables. In 2016, his restaurant became the first in Kyushu to appear on the list of Asia's 50 Best Restaurants and ranked No. 48 on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2018.
