Please note that the terms and conditions here are only applicable to specially designated or invited members.

1. “Wynn Insider” Emerald Membership is open to specially invited guests over the age of 18 years only.
    
2. “Wynn Insider” Emerald  Membership shall be valid for one year, effective on the day the member checks in for the first time using the complimentary room allowance.  Complimentary room allowance expires annually at the end of membership period.  Any unused complimentary room allowance will be forfeited unless Wynn approves a specific exemption.
    
3.  A “Wynn Insider” Emerald Member must stay in Wynn Macau or Wynn Palace for 8 nights within a membership year to retain the membership. All room bookings should be made via “Wynn Insider” hotline. Member must check in and settle all room charges in person. Wynn Insider complimentary room nights are included; and any no-show or cancellation of booking(s) will not be considered.
    
4. Each member is only eligible for one “Wynn Insider” membership account. Membership privileges, accumulated stays/nights are not transferrable and cannot be combined. 
    
5. To redeem the complimentary room allowance, “Wynn Insider” Members must make the reservation themselves and must be present at check-in to confirm the redemption.
    
6. Each “Wynn Insider” Member can only redeem a complimentary room allowance for one room per night. Should a member request a second room for the same night, “Wynn Insider” room charges will apply.
    
7. The complimentary room allowance is not applicable on public holidays and specific dates.
    
8. Hotel privileges only apply if the member is checked-in to the hotel.
    
9. Members who purchase room nights that exceed their annual complimentary room allowance shall be offered all privileges according to their tier level for those nights.
    
10. Members who purchase room nights may not transfer the room and any associated privileges to anyone else for those nights.
     
11. Members may request to pay the difference for a room upgrade. The supplemental rate difference will be calculated based on the Best Available Rate.
     
12. Members must present proof of identification when checking into a hotel.
     
13. Members must present their valid membership card or e-card when redeeming all offers and privileges.
     
14. Each member shall be issued one physical membership card and / or one e-card linked to their e-account. Both shall remain the property of Wynn.
     
15. Memberships may be revoked or cancelled on reasonable grounds at any time and at the discretion of Wynn.
     
16. Wynn reserves the right to adjust any available privileges that result from fraud or malfunction.
     
17. Wynn is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
     
18. A member's use of their membership card indicates acceptance of the conditions as listed.
     
19. Wynn reserves the right to amend the privileges and terms and conditions as listed.
     
20. The Chinese version of these Terms & Conditions shall prevail wherever there is a discrepancy between the English & Chinese version.
