TASTING NOTES

Cameron Douglas MS

A distinctive stone-ground bouquet, then dark berry fruits, some bitter chocolate. There's a balsamic quality I find appealing on the palate, combined with fruit, that lifts the quality overall. A dry finish with a moderate complexity and a vibrato in the texture.

Jeremy Stockman

Fading rim, forest floor and slightly gamey notes. Palate is drying now, with tannins dominating and fruit fading, albeit with some black hints still there.

Matthew Lamb

Nose speaks of clear Cabernet dominance; Merlot influence feels much greater than the 5% stated. Tomato leaf character evident on the palate. Somewhat chunky tannins on the end are distracting.

Reeze Choi

Lovely black fruit character, sweet spices. The balanced touch of oak gives it beautiful layers and complexity. It has a solid structure, very concentrated. Grippy tannins, refreshing acidity, long-lasting.
