A mid-density color with a soft, unripe cherry aroma, whole berry and Cab Mac. The flavors are underripe, with a diluted end.

Strawberries, sweet cherries, olives, bramble compote, and hints of tomato leaves. On the palate, strawberry, cranberries, and raspberry notes with a creamy, savory olive note. Quite interesting.

I like the brightness here, with a supple, sappy edge to the sweet cherry fruit. Has a touch of sourness on the finish, but this works well. A nice purity, and finishes dry.

A light, diluted style with a light structure, fresh acidity and a short length.
