A very pale hue. Refreshing aromatics, showing sour cherry, red apple skin, and subtle peppery notes. Somewhat reductive, with a vibrant acidity. A light weight, chalky finish, dry style and linear texture.

With a slight effervescence, it offers refreshing red fruit flavors, herbs, and a hint of spicy notes, along with a savory minerality. The residual sugar is well-balanced. A fantastic breakfast rosé!

Pale salmon color. The pétillance on the palate adds freshness. Simple and well-balanced fruit. Nice and drinkable.

Pale pink in Provence. Delicate strawberry and raspberry with citrus notes. A dry style with a medium body, some roundness and hints of sweetness mid-palate, but essentially dry. Has a lovely mouthfeel with a fresh finish – the classic French rosé style.
