about RegionTASTING NOTES

Julien Boulard MW
The oak on the nose is very obvious but qualitative, with fresh vanilla bean and obvious lees aging-derived cheesy notes. Very savory. The palate is very complex, showing amazing intensity and volume. I think it has some residual sugars but this isn’t off-putting. This is very long, very perfumed. It retains its freshness perfectly despite being three years old. Love it! Would even love it more if it was a touch drier.

Aged honey and stone fruits. Fresh, flavorful, a sweet and sour finish.

Creamy texture. There is lovely acidity running through the palate. Linear focus, textural, spicy.

Slightly developed, ripe dried apricot style. Dry, but has a certain sweet hint. Good acid, textural salinity and good intensity. Long length with very integrated oak.
