TASTING NOTES

Tim Tiptree MW

Deep purple color. Aromas of spice and new oak evident. Full-bodied red with flavors of blackberry and black cherry, with bright acidity and a moderate finish.

Ronny Lau

Sweet fruit nose, dry tannins, rich flavors of black fruits, blackberries, blackcurrants and dark cherries. A bold structure.

David Xing

Ripe dark and red fruit, slightly jasmine. Fruit-dominant over oak. Good intensity and acid, with nice freshness and ageing potential. A full-bodied but balanced wine with integrated oak and good length.

Reeze Choi

Matured black fruit and up-front floral notes, a fresher Marselan note. Firm tannin structure, very chewy on the palate. Fruity and very balanced, concentrated but not overpowering. Long fruity finish.
