Good color, with some yellow gold. The bead is quite fine, with a very good toast and brioche lift. A good entry. Some toast, but also a slight green edge. A very good result. VG acid line, lovely autolysis.

Golden straw hue with steady perlage and notes of bread, citrus, and a bit flinty. Medium in body and balance, with a savory finish.

Gentle, fine effervescence, with an elegant nose of ripe melon, pomelo peel, toasted seeds and nuts. A round, mid-weight on the palate, lifted with fresh, bright acidity and a long, mouthwatering finish, just thinning a little towards the end.
