about RegionTASTING NOTES
—
Corinne Mui
Oxidized. Toasty, smoky, brioche, vanilla, and apricot with a mineral core. Oval in shape, with a touch of phenolic grip on the finish. A rather oaky wine.
—
Kevin Lu MS
Ripe orange, slight dried lemon, apricot, crème fraiche, and nutty hints. It shows more developed flavors on the palate.
—
Yohann Jousselin MS
A riper, rounder style, well-made, with a pretty, aromatic character. Not a great complexity, but overall, an easy-drinking style.
—
Reeze Choi
It has a very pleasant nose of yellow stone fruit character, dried hay, with an oak character such as oat milk, a toasty, nutty aroma. It is an oxidative-style Chardonnay. It is very racy, with a vibrant acidity, and a moderate and elegant alcohol approach. A lean, textured finish with a touch of vanilla and a toasty, yeasty aftertaste.
