Human Touch: Driving Change in Hospitality

This two-day module emphasizes sustainable practices supported by AI, focusing on balancing technology with genuine human interactions to ensure technology enhances rather than detracts from the guest experience. It also highlights the role of hospitality in driving social impact, using AI to support social goals like reducing inequalities (SDG 10) and promoting decent work and economic growth (SDG 8).

By integrating these elements, participants can deliver personalized, sustainable, and socially responsible service, elevating the guest experience and contributing to broader societal goals.

Module 3

Data-Driven Decision Making for the Hospitality Industry

9:30 am – 6:00 pm, October 18–19, 2025

This two-day training program equips young professionals in the hospitality sector with essential data-driven decision-making skills utilizing Excel and pivot tables. It acquaints participants with creating and analyzing descriptive statistics and provides the skills needed for future data analysis, including data preparation, variable creation, formatting, pivot tables, dashboards, and visualizations.

Through interactive exercises, hands-on practice, and guided instruction, participants will develop core competencies for analyzing complex datasets and creating actionable insights. This module ensures that participants hone the competencies needed for the current hospitality landscape and the foundation for inferential data analytics.

1. Enrollment Deadlines:

   • Enrollment is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Payment: The program fee must be fully paid upon enrollment. The program fee can be paid via credit card or mobile wallet.

3. Cancellation, withdrawal, and refund policy:

   • Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to: wynneducationaltour@wynnpalace.com

   • 50% of the program fee will be refunded for cancellation requests received on or before June 15, 2025.

   • The program fee will not be refunded for cancellation requests received on or after June 16, 2025.

4. Name Registration: Applicants must enroll using their full legal name as shown on their government-issued ID. No name changes or substitutions are permitted after enrollment.

5. Certificate of Completion: Participants who complete all three modules will be issued a Wynn x EHL Hospitality Management Certified Program certificate, whereas participants who attend selected modules will be issues a certificate of completion for the specific course.

6. By enrolling in the Program, applicants understand and agree that photos and/or videos will be taken during the class. Applicants also agree that Wynn Resorts (Macau) S.A. owns the right to use and publish these photos and/or videos, which may contain images of the applicants, for promotional purposes, without prior notice.

7. Wynn Resorts (Macau) S.A. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, amend or suspend the program. Wynn Resorts (Macau) S.A.'s interpretation of all terms and conditions shall be final.
