Wynn Palace x Masque: An Eight-Hand Supper Session

Wynn Palace will host an exclusive, invitation-only late-night culinary collaboration uniting four visionary masters for a premier post-ceremony celebration. Wynn Palace’s own culinary team – Executive Chef Tam Kwok Fung of Chef Tam’s Seasons, Executive Chef Hironori Maeda of Mizumi, and Executive Chef Kevin Zhu of Lakeview Palace – will welcome visiting Executive Chef Varun Totlani of Mumbai’s acclaimed Masque (No.15 on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2026).

This intimate eight-hand session orchestrates a dynamic flavor dialogue, blending season-driven Cantonese philosophy, refined Jiangnan artistry, and contemporary Japanese craftsmanship with Masque’s bold, modern interpretation of Indian ingredients. Elevating the evening, bespoke cocktails crafted by Masque’s bar, Paradox, will complement the experience, delivering a fully immersive late-night gathering.
