Pine needles. A spicy aroma, ripe blackberries, sinewy ripe tannins with high acidity – excessive and high in alcohol.

Rich, well-balanced secondary aromas. A drier, pleasant finish and a good structure for ageing potential.

Some mint and black olives, dark bitter chocolate then blackcurrant and blackberry flavors. Smoky and oaky, slightly drying tannins and a warm finish.

Very elegant, medium body, balanced fruit and acidity. Has a lifted aroma of bright dark cherry. The palate has refreshing acidity, layers of complexity, and a long finish.
