Medium straw. A touch VA, with bright acidity. Medium sweetness, vibrant pineapple juice. Simple.

Aromas of mango, lemon, and pineapple. On the palate, it has a slightly phenolic texture and very high acidity, which could benefit from more sweetness and concentration for better balance.

Very primary and simple, but with impressive intensity of lemon-curd flavor. Very high acid – almost too much – but there is lots of sweetness to balance. Luscious and unctuous. As a young wine, this is still very primary and floral, but it should age indefinitely.

A nice nose, with apricot jam, stewed pineapple, and quite floral after aeration, notes of acacia honey, caramel, saffron and sweet ginger. Lovely acidity, balanced with the high residual sugar, making the finish linger.
